Hi I'm heaven and i loved it here the people were so sweet
Loved it. The staff help. Everyone the doctor was so helpful. Been 3 times. If I need to go I would go there. Thank you
I loved it there!!
The program and schedule were very beneficial. The food was amazing and the doctors/nurses/staff really are there to make sure your time there is meaningful. But there are a few bad seeds peppered in there and it's difficult to get anywhere if you call to get information about labwork after your stay. They are very flexible with the payment plan and accommodating to special needs.
I have been to seven different facilities and this one is the BEST. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well as a clean environment.
Superb staff!! They attended to all my needs. God , meetings and this facility has kept me sober for the last 90 days. WOW what a new way of life..... Thanks!
St. Simons-By-The-Sea was a great experience. I was scared at first because of all the negative reviews. I checked in and the staff was amazing. The food could be better but it was okay which is why I am giving 4 stars. They helped me detox from alcohol and gave me plenty of good resources to continue my journey to sobriety when I left the place. I would recommend this facility if your seeking help. I learned a lot and I don't have the desire to drink anymore. I couldn't do it without their help. My mind is clear and I feel better than ever.
I was there this time last year the staff is awesome I want you all to know 1/11/17 I celebrated 1 year clean and sober thank you for everything
Stay here a couple of days because I was going through some really really tough things in my life. However by coming here I was able to get a lot of my problems fixed and my situation sorted out and my life is slowly getting better do their care and treatment. I have also met some new companions and friends while at my stay here and everyone was really helpful with my rehabilitation. Though place does get pretty trash from a lot of the people coming in and out of the place they do enough to keep the place in good condition. The food there definitely needs some improving though however it was still something to eat. Definitely recommend this place if your going to through some tough times and if you need someone to talk to to.
It's been some time since I went here, but I have been to one other facility. This place has caring staff, good food, great scenery and activities. The last one I was in had no windows, one TV for 12 people, and we got to do activities 3 times a week(basketball inside or coloring books). I only saw the outside through ONE window the entire time, and I rarely got to look out of that window. Saint Simons has outdoor activities....FRESH AIR! Saint Simons may not be a 5 star resort, but I've been to a facility such as this in Savannah twice. It's night and day. Comparing the two, Saint Simons was a vacation.
I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT SSBTS
I spent 6 days in the adolescent unit to help my depression and anxiety. It was freezing there so make sure you bring socks and slippers. The food was good but it didn't agree with my stomach. The staff was good and very friendly. I felt like I was being respected and heard. I had a roommate and it was awesome. The showers suck though because the water pressure is strong, I felt like it had the pressure of a firefighter hose. I also enjoyed the group therapy and I made some really good friends in there. If you need help, please go to St. Simons. Especially if you're like me and you feel alone.
