I owe my life to Lakeview! Without the help, education care that I received from their amazing treatment team & staff, I do not think I would be alive today! I am currently 3 years clean & sober from alcohol, cocaine & meth. Their treatment doesn't end when you leave treatment, I am still in contact with counselors & staff that are invested in my recovery. I traveled from Michigan to Florida for treatment because of the lack of quality treatment programs in Michigan. Even though it sucked to be away from everyone I knew & loved, it allowed me to do actually work on myself and to understand recovery. Best decision in my life going to Lakeview without them I would of never of gotten to be with my family, which I get to now because of their help getting clean & sober and teaching me how to live a life in recovery!

I Have Been To A Few Different Rehabs. But this One Is By Far The Best. The Staff is incredible and can relate on a level that only the people who come will understand. Thank you so much for showing me that a sober life is a better life. I love every body at solutions. #StaySober

When I first got approach by my family that I needed to go to rehab, I was angry and in denial, I didn't want to go to rehab. I finally gave in and said I would go, from the admission staff to aftercare and everyone between I am forever grateful for you guys! from making me feel comfortable with this choice. the program made me realize my self worth and individualize the program to meet me where I was at. I also loved the Meditation garden and the spa!

Great staff, state-of-the-art facility, gym, and accommodations. However, If I could change anything, I would offer other recovery programs other than the religious-based/higher-power 12 Step Program. This class should never be mandatory, but often was told by staff that i needed to attend. Also, they should offer the same services to ALL client's regardless of gender (pedicures, massage, etc.) They also need a steam room or sauna.

Great place, the staff provides you with all the tools you need to live a happy sober life. This place can truly save your life. The staff knows what they're doing and how to help alcoholics and addicts. And they care about the patients a lot.

I met some really awesome people here. The one on one time and group therapy I received here was probably the best thing about my treatment.. They were all very down to earth & understanding of my situation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to make an uncomfortable situation as pleasant as possible. Very supportive and want to see and help you succeed with your battle. I was able to obtain the tools necessary to get and remain sober. I am grateful to be here today and able to write this review Without Lakeview health I am almost positive I would not be here. After care programs including alumni are also a great part of the process to assist in remaining sober. I was able to build relationships that are still in effect today and part of my sobriety! The treatment I received here in more than I ever expect.

From the moment that I first reached out to Lakeview, I knew that I was in good hands. Tarshi answered the phone, and got everything set up for me. I wasn’t able to check in for a few days, and she continued to check on me all the way until I walked in the door. The staff was absolutely amazing throughout my whole time there, and now over two and a half years later Lakeview continues to be a part of my life through the alumni program. If it weren’t for all the amazing dedicated people at Lakeview, I am not sure where I would be today.

I just recently visited Lakeview and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Their staff were so welcoming and they care so much about their patients. Any patient I have ever referred there has always had a great experience.

Lakeview is horrible and it’s all about your insurance . They will try and do a rapid detox on you even though you have used opiates for over 10 years they think one week of detox is enough. My good friend I want mention was miserable there and ends up leaving just a few days before her release date because she was about dead. She made it over 5 weeks but because she left a couple of days early they made her departure miserable. They kept a bag of hers and didn’t give any of her medications that her insurance paid for and said they would mail her bag . Never got it . I know since she has been home she is working with an addiction specialist that really knows what they are doing . My friend is feeling so much better and no thanks to Lakeview who about let her die. Also . One of the nurses there told her to suck it up when she was struggling week 2. If you have a friend or love one struggling do not send to Lakeview they will torture them .

I went to Lakeview in 2015 for 76 days, it was a great place and that was b4 all of their new renovations. I would highly recommend it although it is gender separated now im sure it is still great! I arrived planning to fake it but ended up loving the place with a positive outlook. I have over 2 yrs sober. If I ever relapsed I would go back the Lakeview

Amazing staff, beautiful facility. The level of care that happens in this facility is amazing! The clinical team is outstanding! A family member of mine has been to this program and they said said “I felt almost normal, I got treated with respect and not like a child” I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know I struggling with an addiction!

Lake View Health is the best Treatment Center I have come across in my 7years in the addiction and mental health industry . I have had countless patients go through their programs with such ease and comfort. Not once have I ever seen them fail on any level. Each client I have sent them to date is currently sober and leading a life of recovery. I would send my family and friend here without thinking twice! I would give them 10 stars if it would let me!

My close friend had made the important decision to attend an inpatient program to deal with his alcoholism. After researching the various programs available, he chose Lakeview Health. Throughout his stay, he was able to stay in contact with me every weekend and keep me updated on his progress. We discussed the state of the art facility's structured program which focused on both his mental, social, and physical health. During his 2 month stay, I could hear it in his voice, that Lakeview was shaping him into a better person to not only battle his alcoholism, but to tackle life's other challenges when they presented themselves. I am confident that Lakeview was a contributing factor and saving his life. I would recommend Lakeview to any loved one struggling with addiction.

Lakeview Health has been an essential part of my recovery, I sponsor women that are in treatment here and speak at the facility often. The establishment is gorgeous and the staff is always very friendly and easy to work with. I've seen a lot of people stay sober that have come out of Lakeview and have completely changed their lives for the better. Speaking here again next Wednesday and look forward to visiting the facility.

Lakeview Health, specifically the Stepping Stone facility truly saved my life. Upon arrival, I had been in active addiction for almost half my life. I never thought I'd be clean for a day, let alone the rest of my life. I am currently 83 days clean and I owe that ti Stepping Stone. Everyone from the therapists to the nursing staff, doctors, bha's, chefs, maintenance and house keeping played a vital role in making the facility so special. Everyone truly cares and is passionate about their jobs in helping others. I can not say enough about pleased I was with my experience. I would recommend absolutely anyone who is ready for a change to go to Stepping Stone or Lakeview. Best decision of my life. Thank you, Stepping Stone for saving my life!

Lakeview was such an amazing experience. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The grounds were so beautiful and the amenities made the painstaking detox bearable. I would recommend this facility to any loved one struggling with alcoholism or addiction. I was seen daily by the doctors, three wonderful meals a day, and intensive one on one and group therapy. I am wright this review from my wife's account, but lake view health is a great place. They gave me the foundation that I needed to get my recovery started. I am now 2 years clean because I have that foundation that I put into place everyday. Thank you lake view health for giving me the tools to take my life back.

I came through Lakeview in 2015 when things hit the fan. I came to run from my problems and all the harm I caused back home. I honestly didn't want to stay clean and had no plans to; however, after about 30 days at Lakeview and countless hours of groups and 1 on 1 sessions with my therapist something clicked. I've stayed clean and sober ever since. I know continued success requires me seeking my higher powers will but I definitely credit Lakeview with showing me the light when all else was dark. Not to mention the alumni program keeps me connected with the newcomers, old friends, gives me purpose, and the events are always fun!

Lakeview is a great treatment center. Staff is helpful and friendly. They do their best to keep you comfortable while helping you learn the tools to succeed in living a life of recovery. I would highly recommend this place

I was a lost and hopeless woman in March 2017. I decided to go to Lakeview Health and it completely changed my life. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the opportunity I was given by my higher power to be brought to The Rose at Lakeview Health. The staff at Lakeview Health helped to guide me through the beginning of my recovery, as well as gave me a structure for living. I have never met such caring people who genuinely wanted the best for me and my recovery from drugs and alcohol.

I came through the program in 2013 and have stayed sober ever since. It is still a "one day at a time" kind of thing. Lakeview gave me the tools to start my sobriety and detox in a safe place. Once I got past the physical withdrawal, I was able to start working on why I drank and used in the first place. Through Lakeview and a continued 12 step program, my life has continually gotten better.

I will definitely say, as a twenty-one year old fighting for my life, I would not have picked a better place to come too. I was more than just a handful, I was more than unwilling to change but all of the members of the staff, including the janitorial members made my mind completely flip. Being where i am now would never have happened without the help of Lakeview Health

Can't express how thankful I am for this place. My son had already been through several other programs as well as trying it on his own. As a parent it is so tough to go through these ups and downs. Not only was Lakeview able to help him through the initial program, the continued group support through their "alumni group" was able to keep him tied to the recovery community. Now, as a member of the recovery community he is giving back the lessons he learned to others that are making that next step. They have worked with several clients of ours and I have only heard wonderful responses from clients regarding their time there. It was a beautiful campus with a compassionate hard working nursing staff . Basically its a well ran organization and i have had allot of experiences with treatment centers. id admit i only went for the prime rib and to get out of the situation i was in , but i came back home a better version of myself, with structure and a new perspective on the world. ps I especially loved the counselors , they were very captivating.

Thank you Lakeview! Because of the start lakeview gave me I recently celebrated 6 years sober! Never in my life I would ever thing that I was capable of being where I am today, I'm constantly humbled and overwhelmed with gratitude today. When I came into Lakeview I was so broken, lost, scared, and had completely given up on life. I had nothing, I had no one, I had no motivation, I had no hope. During my first few weeks of Lakeview I was terrible to the community because I hated myself and what I have become. Lakeview and the compassionate staff remained to love and encourage me to love myself and participate in the program when I very well should have been kicked out. Because of that I was able to break some life long chains and move forward and start to be happy again. I seriously don't know if any other program out there could have done for me what Lakeview has done for me. They have taught me principle of unconditional love. Lakeview saved my life, not only did it save my life but it saved my brothers life almost 5 years prior... along with many many many of my friends. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is suffering from active addiction because what they do here works. I've worked in a few treatment centers and personally nothing can compare to this facility. I was in active addiction for almost 14 years. More than half my life. I believed this disease was going to burry me and they taught me a new way of life. That anything is possible. I am so beyond grateful that I was put in their hands to be cared back to health. I have Lakeview to thank for my sobriety of nine months and counting. I was impressed at how receptive Lakeview as an organization sets out to be: even during the two months I was there, improvements were made to food options, roommate situations, and availability and choice of medical staff. Also notable was an experienced aftercare coordination staff, which helped me find a sober living facility based off in-depth personal knowledge of the people who run them and compatibility between patient and post-treatment needs--not a quick google search or a shady marketing scams involving insurance fraud "trap houses." They will not let someone "sell" you an outpatient sober living situation. Lakeview helps those who want to help themselves, treating your needs with the same level of seriousness and care as its staff conducts themselves. I can't say I'll be back, but for this review that's a positive.

Lakeview helped me break down walls as far as learning how to open up and let people in again. I learned so much from the counselors and the group of men I was growing with. I had been to treatment before but this time and experience was completely different. The environment was clean comfortable and friendly food was great and meet by a staff who only wants The best for you.

As a fellow professional in the industry, that utilizes Lakeview Health for their outstanding services they provide for their clients. The work they do is hands down some of the best I've seen. The personalized care they provide for each client that enters in is truly amazing. Recently, I have had the opportunity to tour this beautiful state of the art facility and I was amazed at what I saw, it was absolutely stunning. I personally get to work hand in hand with one of their amazing case managers Ben Ertel. He prides himself at coordinating specific aftercare plans that fit clients needs and give them the best chance at success. I truly cannot say enough. Lakeview Health has truly set themselves apart, as one of the best residential treatment centers in the country. I'm proud of the work that they do and stand firmly behind programs like this 100%

Lakeview is at the top of my list. They make the referral process seamless, and I have complete confidence in their team and the care they provide. The facility is absolutely georgeous and so warm and inviting.

I attended Lakeview about 9 months ago and I'm still going strong. This is an excellent facility with great therapists nice rooms excellent medical attention wonderful food trust me I'm a kid LOL a nice gym a pool and outings. In your first three weeks or so you see the doctor every day you see a therapist twice a day and you have groups all day long to keep you busy learning how to recover and how to live a normal life in the outside world. They also check up on you after your out of the facility everybody meets up to do fun sober events. Honestly I couldn't ask for anything better I credit these people to getting me clean and sober and keeping it that way.

This place helped me with coping skills and gave me an awesome start to my recovery. So grateful.

I would like to express the gratitude I have for Lakeview Health...I pray that an addict who is still suffering, or maybe even a mother or father who is scared for the life of their loved one reads what I have to say about the role Lakeview played in my recovery. I was in and out of over 20 different treatment centers all over the country and believed I was hopeless when I arrived in Jacksonville. From day one I felt safe and comfortable opening up to the staff - techs and nurses who were there to help me. A lot of them were actually in recovery which provided me the opportunity to reach out to somebody who had been through the insanity of addiction and found a new way of living. I was able to meet with several therapists who took the time to listen and offer me the tools that would help me especially in the early stages of my recovery. The whole facility is beautiful, modern and clean. I loved the art work displayed throughout the whole facility. I had a fear of gaining weight when I was there because I had stopped using, and was able to not only meet with their dietitian, but with the chefs who actually cooked my food so they could provide the healthiest option for me. I personally was able to go to the gym or lay out by the pool, sometimes even the beach (if I attended all of my clinical groups), walk on a labyrinth, have time to myself in a meditation room, and most importantly attend an AA or NA meeting every night. When it came time for me to leave, my discharge planner and case manager helped me find an IOP and sober living with my best interest in mind... and for the first time (ever) I listened to what they suggested and it was one of the best decisions I had ever made in my life. Today I am clean and sober, I work a program, I get to help other women, I am confident, I am healthy, I am at Peace. I thank God for making Lakeview a part of my journey in recovery.

Lakeview Health helped save my life. This is the only inpatient treatment center I've been to and I have been sober ever since. While I was there, I was given the tools necessary to cope with life. Not only was I able to work through my substance abuse problems, but I was able to work on myself and grow into a productive member of society, too. The staff truly care about their clients and make these life changes possible. Being in such a safe and supportive environment allowed me to get honest with myself and others, and for this I am eternally grateful.

Great experience, I just finished up here after 50+ days. Amazing facility and staff. Therapy was great! The food was amazing, personal trainers at the gym daily and an amazing pool to relax at daily. Very happy. Only downfall was the amount of people from PA :)
